Matthew Connell conducts training for municipality managers on ADA and FMLA. Matthew Connell conducted training for over 200 managers for a major municipality on the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Connell’s presentation focused on the legal foundation for each of these employment laws and educating the supervisors on how to recognize and respond to requests for reasonable accommodation under the ADA and requests for leave under the Family Medical Leave Act.
