David J. MacMain and Brian H. Leinhauser founded the West Chester, Pennsylvania (PA) law firm that would become MacMain Leinhauser in 2013 to provide exceptional, efficient, practical legal services to clients in Chester County and far beyond.
David and Brian each came to the practice of law after successful careers in different fields. David served as a Pennsylvania State Trooper stationed in Chester County, and Brian studied as a seminarian with the Order of Saint Augustine before teaching at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
After graduating from law school, both MacMain founders worked at respected commercial law firms in the Philadelphia area, practicing in areas like government liability, civil rights defense, insurance defense, labor and employment, and appellate law.
MacMain Leinhauser now has a full roster of experienced and talented partners and attorneys, as well as a remarkable group of paralegals and administrative staff.
