Charles Gilliam-Brownlee is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Business in 2013. While at California University of Pennsylvania, Charles was admitted into the Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society.
Charles attended the Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2016. While at Loyola University, Charles earned the Dean’s scholarship in each of his three years. Charles was also chosen to be the Publishing Editor of the Loyola University of New Orleans Journal of Public Interest Law.
During his first summer of law school, Charles interned with the Independent Police Monitor in New Orleans, Louisiana. Charles completed an externship with the Advocacy Center of Louisiana during his second semester where he represented and assisted individuals with disabilities in legal matters. Charles joined The MacMain Law Group in November of 2016.
