Kelsey L. Gvozdich is a 2010 graduate of Juniata College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies. In 2013, Kelsey obtained her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. Kelsey graduated with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Pro Bono Distinction. Outside of her legal career, Kelsey is an avid long-distance runner, running races nationally and internationally.
During her second and third years of law school, Kelsey interned at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office where she served with the Appellate Division and later as a Certified Legal Intern responsible for handling preliminary hearings and miscellaneous court matters at the District Court level and Court of Common Pleas. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Kelsey was hired as an Assistant District Attorney with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office where she served as a prosecutor from 2013 to 2015. During her time at the District Attorney’s Office, Kelsey tried both felony and misdemeanor cases and litigated various motions and pre-trial matters. Kelsey was also appointed as a Legal Intern Supervisor, managing the caseload of interns handling preliminary hearings at the District Courts. In 2015, Kelsey joined Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC. In Philadelphia where she specialized in medical and nursing home malpractice defense. During her time at Naulty, Kelsey was responsible for handling pre-trial litigation and motion practice. Most recently, Kelsey worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Allison Bell Royer at the Chester County Court of Common Pleas for over two years. As a judicial law clerk, Kelsey was responsible for writing opinions, decisions, and orders regarding complex civil, criminal, family, and appellate law issues.
Kelsey joined the MacMain Law Group in April, 2018.
