Tiffany N. Martin is a graduate of Temple University where she received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. Tiffany attended Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2016. While at Temple, Tiffany was a member of Temple’s National Trial Team and Moot Court Honor Society. Tiffany also received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Prize and the National Order of the Barristers Award.
Prior to beginning college, Tiffany served in the United States Marine Corp reserve where she worked in communications. During her time in the Marines Tiffany gained valuable leadership, team work, and problem-solving skills Throughout law school, Tiffany also worked in the hospitality industry where she gained insight into customer service, management, and networking.
During her first year of law school, Tiffany worked as an associate with Cozen O’Connor where she conducted legal research and writing on various areas of the law including corporate law, subrogation, and environmental law. During her second year of law school, Tiffany worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where she was certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to try cases on behalf of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. In addition to trying cases, Tiffany handled preliminary hearings, argued suppression and bail motions, conducted guilty plea colloquies, etc.
Upon graduating from Temple Law, Tiffany served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Abbe F. Fletman, who at the time was one of two motion judges in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During her clerkship, Tiffany drafted bench memorandum, judicial opinions, and court orders disposing of the various motions filed in the City of Philadelphia.
