ANTHONY J. MONTALBANO

BIO

After graduating from Stony Brook University in 2016, Anthony worked as an English as a Second Language teacher in Prague, Czech Republic. Anthony began his legal education at Widener University Law School’s Delaware campus in 2020. During his time at law school, Anthony worked at Kate Butler Law, where he assisted attorneys with employment law, and volunteered at Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.

Anthony graduated from law school in the top 10% of his class in 2023. After graduation, Anthony clerked for the Honorable Frank Palumbo of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Following completion of his clerkship, Anthony joined MacMain Leinhauser, where he represented townships, charter schools, police officers, schools and prisons.

In 2025 and early 2026, Anthony worked at Burns White in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania as a litigation associate, where he represented skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other medical providers.

Anthony rejoined MacMain Leinhauser in March 2026.
