After graduating from Stony Brook University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Anthony attended an English as a Second Language program in Prague, Czech Republic to obtain an English as a Second Language Teaching Certificate. While living in Prague, Anthony taught international students how to prepare for English proficiency exams in order to enroll in universities located in the United Kingdom and United States.

Anthony began his legal education at Widener University Law School’s Delaware Campus in 2020. During his 2L, he volunteered at Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and assisted attorneys in landlord and tenant issues, as well as protection from abuse orders. He also interned at Delaware Law’s Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic, where he worked under a supervising attorney in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research. During the summer after his 2L, he interned at Kate Butler Law, LLC, where he primarily drafted pleadings and assisted in discovery.

After graduating from law school cum laude in 2023, Anthony clerked for the Honorable Frank Palumbo at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Trial Division. While there, Anthony gained extensive knowledge of probation and parole law, which he applied to analyzing pleadings and the merits of a case. He also frequently communicated with law enforcement officers to review search warrants.
