Attorney Tricia Ambrose

A partner at MacMain Leinhauser, Tricia Ambrose practices in government entity representation and civil rights defense, labor and employment, and appellate law. She began her legal career in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, and the representation and defense of law enforcement officers have consistently been a focus in her nearly 20 years of private practice.

As an attorney for law enforcement officers, Tricia understands the challenges and risks police, other law enforcement officers, and the entities that employ them face daily and, particularly, when allegations of wrongdoing or misconduct are made against them. She works diligently to provide the support and representation officers need and deserve while pursuing a successful outcome in their cases.

A Pennsylvania Employment Defense and Appellate Attorney

Tricia also provides labor and employment defense and representation to businesses and other entities throughout Pennsylvania. Whether by dismissal of a claim, winning a case at trial, or through settlement when appropriate, her ultimate goal is to efficiently and effectively resolve conflicts in her clients’ favor, so they can return to business as usual.

As a Pennsylvania appellate attorney, Tricia works with clients who have experienced setbacks in the early stages of legal cases to appeal to the higher courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
